We’re looking for a detail-oriented Agency Operations Intern to help get our internal systems clean, structured, and running at a higher level.

About the role
Let There Be is a science marketing agency that helps leading healthcare brands communicate and visualize science in clear, ownable, regulatory-approved ways. Our work lives at the intersection of science and creativity, and we’re growing our presence to match the quality of what we create.
The work spans organizational and operational tasks across our digital tools and internal infrastructure: file management, CRM hygiene, asset organization, and the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else run better. Focus areas will be set by where the highest need is when you join, so comfort with ambiguity is key.
This role suits someone considering a career in project management, business operations, or systems design. You’ll work directly with our CRM, internal tools, and process documentation.
Compensation & Structure
The details
- Compensation — weekly stipend; amount confirmed upon offer.
- Time commitment — hybrid/flex full-time; hours vary with the work, roughly 20–30 hours per week.
- Duration — internship-based, with potential to extend based on performance and fit.
- Location — fully remote (North & South America only). Availability during Eastern Time business hours for check-ins and approvals is expected.
Core Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Google Drive cleanup & organization — audit the structure, consolidate redundant files, and implement a clean, logical folder architecture the whole team can navigate.
- CRM organization — support upkeep of our current CRM, and potentially help evaluate and transition to a new platform.
- Vimeo account management — organize the video library with consistent naming, tagging, and folder structure.
- Documentation — create simple reference guides or SOPs so the systems you build are easy for the team to maintain.
- Ad hoc operational support — assist with other organizational or administrative tasks as they arise.
- Process building — document and systematize the frameworks you build into clear, repeatable processes.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a fit if…
- Exceptionally organized — you build systems that are clean, practical, and intuitive to anyone who touches them, not just to you.
- Comfortable in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and quick to pick up new tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail with digital files — methodical and deliberate, because a lost or overwritten file isn’t always recoverable.
- Prior exposure to a CRM is a plus but not required.
- Self-directed, able to make reasonable judgment calls without approval on every small decision.
- Takes pride in building systems others benefit from, even when the work is quiet and behind the scenes.
- An interest in marketing, operations, or agency environments is a plus.
