Challenge
Most private label consumer healthcare products do not typically invest in content and education. HealthCareAisle wanted to position themselves as a superior private label choice on Amazon by communicating product science, efficacy, and value.
Science Story™
We focused on educating consumers about the mechanism of action (MOA), safety, and value of their products. By using clear science visuals and simple animation, we highlighted what makes HealthCareAisle products effective—demonstrating how ingredients like Olopatadine, Guaifenesin, and Fexofenadine solve real consumer problems and serve as a reliable, cost-effective alternative to name brands.
Activation
We developed Ad to Education Sequences™ for several key SKUs, with ads leveraging heavy on-screen text and concise, mobile-friendly visuals. The education videos explained the consumer’s problem, showed how HealthCareAisle’s science-based solutions work, and positioned the products as smart, affordable choices.
Results
The videos successfully expanded HealthCareAisle’s Amazon performance. In particular, page visits and sales both grew by over 25% in a 6 month case study.
